  1. This is a stainless steel 2 in inlet counterflow heat exchanger. This is a free flow heat exchanger so you can run Mash's with grain on through this to cool. It cools 165° mash down to 85°you can also lower your carbon footprint by preheating mash water or using to heat facilities. This unit has triclamps connectors. It has stainless steel mounting plates you can mount right to the floor or ceiling. This unit is 30 feet long. 2 1/2 feet tall 8 inches wide.

  2. I have three different size stainless steel tube in tube mash coolers for sale. We move to a different facility and have to change the way we cool our mash. we no longer need these they work great all solid good working units. This is a good way to lower your carbon footprint and save money on cooling and heating water we used it to also heat the building radiant.

    Cooler one is 4 in 35 ft long with a 3-in intake. Asking $6,500.

    Cooler two is 30 ft long 2-in intake eight passes. Has mounting brackets all stainless steel mounts against the wall or could add wheels to move around asking $11k

  3. I made a apple Brandy out of cider from a local cider Mill no sugar added. I used a column still but like a pot still no plates did a stripping run and a final run product ran average at 158 proof barrel it in a used Bourbon barrel 15 gallons for one year. At 125 proof. My question is when bottling do people normally sweeten their brandies and what proof would you consider bottling for popular taste people seem to like sweet brandies mine is more like a bourbon or American whiskey? Thank you looking forward to some insight.

  4. We are interested in raising capital to expand our barrel operation. Can anybody give me any insight on what they may have done and the do's and don'ts I see people using start engine and Kickstarter any suggestions? backing this Capital with product in barrels hopefully looking for at least five year payback
