BRAND NEW AND NEVER USED CRIVELLER OF CALIFORNIA SCREW CAPPER “SINGLE-HEAD AUTOMATIC SCREW CAPPER MOD.MT/VX PROD.2.700 B/H” TECHNICAL FEATURES: Theautomatic corker MOD.MT/VX, max. through put 2.700 bottles/hour, suitable for the application of aluminum capsules on cylindrical glass bottles, with a diameter between 55mm to 115mm and a height from 140mm to 380mm. The capsules are fed by means of the automatic vibration feeder and distributed directly, without any deviceseizing them. The 4-roller threading head no cap/no roll is operated by an electrical motor mounted on a slide with expansion pulley to increase or decrease the revolutions of the threading head and arriving on the capsule to close by means of a cam in special plastic material working in the center and distributing the loads in an homogeneous way which grants a long life to the head. The change of the accessories and the height adjustment are rapid and simple, the lifting of the head is mechanically-manually operated by means of a crank operating on the endlessscrew reducer, special safety devices stop the machine immediately to avoidbreakages of bottles and any malfunctions. CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS: The MOD.MT/VX, like all our range, is completely manufactured in stainless steel, alimentary-graded plastic material and steel alloys making its cleaning, sterilization and maintenance operations easy and granting the machine a long life. All parts of the machine are made by means of work centers and CNC. THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH: 1 set of size parts for cylindrical glass bottles.
