Hey all, my name is Brandon and I'm the distillery manager/lead distiller (and plenty of other things at the moment) of a new distillery opening up in San Francisco. www.brucatoamaro.com This is my 8th year in the industry (previously at a whiskey distillery in Ohio), and now I'm on the West Coast and producing amaro, gin, and more, and learning how to distill on our iStill Mini and iStill 2000.
