Hi, I work at a distillery that makes cocktail bitters. We tend to fill bags with botanicals then press the botanicals until we have a decent recovery. The issue we are having is that we are using home use fruit presses and we have broken 3 presses in the past 2 years. We are looking for a new option. Does anyone have any good recomendation for food grade presses that would be good for botanicals? Thanks.
