I am in the process of starting an NDP company in FL and I came across Florida Statutes 565.03: (c) Effective July 1, 2026, a minimum of 60 percent of a craft distillery’s total finished branded products must be distilled in this state and contain one or more Florida agricultural products. Anyone currently source spirits in FL? Based on the above text, it seems like my business will be illegal in 2026.

Please let me know if they end up having spreadsheets. I am working on my business plan and making a model from scratch, but I would love to see what others are doing for financial modeling.
