    We were mashing in with ~ 90F water and getting to 173F in 2-2.5 hours BUT we were cooking batches of 230 gallons, not full capacity

    We are selling our original mash tun. It was built in 2017. It's been used to make only 43 barrels of rye whiskey. -290 gallon working capacity, insulated, with jacket for oil. Top and bottom manways. 2" drain. CIP ball. -Includes control box for 3 electric heating elements and variable speed agitator, requires 125A 1phase breaker. Located in Dutchess Co, NY. Asking $7500.
