    Congrats on jumping in guys! Lake of the Ozarks is a great choice .... we spent a couple weeks there each year. We look forward to checking out your distillery

    Hi folks ... Much more to come from us, but we wanted to pop in and say 'hello' from Galena, Illinois! We're well on our way to opening our distillery in early 2013, and we look forward to meeting many of you along this journey. Neither chemical engineering experts nor outright newbies to the field, we share the fierce desire to create quality products, learn from all of you, and share the knowledge we pick up along the way.
