Welcome to the small but growing group of craft distilleries in Illinois! Did you get to visit the Indie Spirits Expo in Chicago this week? Next time you are near Chicago, drop in to visit our nano-distillery in Riverside, Illinois.

Didn't make it to the Expo, but we do make it to Chicago here and there. We will definately stop in to see your place when we're in the area ... thanks for the note!

Congrats on jumping in guys! Lake of the Ozarks is a great choice .... we spent a couple weeks there each year. We look forward to checking out your distillery

Hi folks ...

Much more to come from us, but we wanted to pop in and say 'hello' from Galena, Illinois! We're well on our way to opening our distillery in early 2013, and we look forward to meeting many of you along this journey. Neither chemical engineering experts nor outright newbies to the field, we share the fierce desire to create quality products, learn from all of you, and share the knowledge we pick up along the way. Here we go ....!
