Thanks Mike. We were successful in NYS similarly, getting legislation to establish a Farm Distillery permit that allows on site sale and tasting room. But our real challenge is to get the code totally overhauled, eliminate the distinctions between types or classes of distillery, have a single "Distillery" permit and tie the fee to production output.
