  1. I was wondering if anyone out there has a sample contract for private label/contract distilling? Do you have something generic you use or do you have an attorney write up each contract? Thanks, Kristian Naslund Dancing Pines Distillery Loveland, CO
  2. We got ours through: State Farm - Chip Beake Ask for Barb Harner 106 East Olive Street Fort Collins, CO 80524-2861 Phone: (970) 482-1936 Fax: (970) 498-0773 I had some difficulty and had to search for someone who would give us a bond. Barb did a great job. email me if you want more details. Kristian
  3. We used ezupc.com and haven't had any problems so far. Once you pay for the barcodes they are assigned to you to use as you like. We put them on individual bottles, half cases and cases.
  4. Interesting posts, thanks for the subject. I have 2 liqueurs that I am using raw ingerdients for and I'm wondering if anyone out there is using plate filters and what micron is prefered? Say for fruit or spices etc. to remove sedimentation and not lose the flavor. Thanks
  5. Not sure about citric acid spray... let me know what happens if you try it.
  6. Ketchup first then brasso. Don't forget the brasso or it will tarnish again quickly. Seriously, I have never appreciated ketchup until I saw it clean up copper.
  7. Thanks everybody. I appreciate all the support and will be happy to pass it on.
  8. Hi everyone! We received our DSP from the TTB yesterday and I wanted to thank all who contribute such valuable info. It was great to meet many of you at the ADI conference. We submitted paperwork on April 22nd and received our basic permit by email on June 2nd. My experience was pleasant, with 3-4 emails between myself and the TTB and of course we had a bond correction that took very little time to resolve. Our distillery is located in Loveland Colorado. We are planning rum, some liqueurs and where ever our desire takes us... visit us on facebook and our website will be up soon. Our first release will be July-ish. 9. I had similar issues. My suggestion is get and keep on file the MSDS sheets from your NGS supplier in the proof you are storing. If you would like to see mine send me an email. I have a sprinklered building and can store 220 gallons of 1b and no limit on 1c. Also, if it's stored in oak or bottles less than 2ish gallons it is exempt too. This is based on IFC 2005 code. I can email you code # if you need. Kristian
  10. I'm interested in all 3 fusti cans. email kristian@dpdistillery.com Thanks, Kristian
