  1. We were trying to keep it quiet until we knew for sure that we were going to be approved. Most of our employees weren't even aware that we were trying to get it started.
  2. Hey guys, we just announced at my brewery that we are going to begin distilling. Our license was approved a few weeks ago, so we have already started doing stripping runs.   3. Is there anything in the US that prevents distilleries from fermenting table sugar (I know it needs to be inverted for yeast to easily ferment it) to be used as a base for liqueurs?
  4. Hey guys, I am from Alabama. I currently work as the head brewer of a production brewery in Northern Alabama. We are interested in getting into distilling there, and I am also interested in starting my own nano-distillery at some point. Thanks for accepting me into the forum!
