Unmalted Rye - Interest?

Hello,

My name is Cara Fields and I am with Brooks Grain, LLC. For decades, we have provided unmalted rye to several markets in the United States, including the whiskey distilling industry. At this point, we are looking at creating a program to serve the micro-distillers. However, we need to know if there is interest among the micro-distillers in purchasing unmalted rye.

If there is interest, I would like to know the amount (in pounds or bushels) that is needed. And as a whiskey enthusiast, I would love to be more involved in the craft.
