Partner Sought for Spin-Off Distillery

Wondering if there is anyone out there looking into opening a distillery who would like to partner with us. We are a seasoned team seeking to open a spin-off distillery. We have an in demand product line, and distribution secured in multiple states/countries. Have a distillery (bricks and mortar) near the beach in California with no overhead during the start-up phase. We only need a partner to help with operating capital and equipment.

We are open to a management partner if the vision and style is compatible.
