DB Holding
Any one have experience with whisky futures? Or I suppose futures for any aged spirit. I'm interested to hear how others have structured their programs, solicited investors, and whether they were successful. Was it worth splitting the returns to externalize the cost of aging? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

In other words, unless your futures offering is a "registered" securities offering, you will be restricted from offering the investment publicly. Just my 2-cents...
