This is a great still, capable of operating as a pot still bypassing all columns, whiskey/brandy/rum through the 4 plate, gin through the gin basket, or vodka through the 16 plate column. This still produced the 2016 ADI Best in Class Vodka! 60 Gallon stainless Pot with copper head – Can be steam or electric/oil.
