I posted the very same request months ago and only got one response that had anything to do with bottles.

Hey I can hook you up. There are perhaps 4 manufactures that make these domestically. I am a distributor for 3 of them. Minimums are usually 100,000 unless we find a production run and add on to it. I would need to know how many you need and I can see if they are available. Also where you want them shipped must be provided for freight.
