I'm new to the forum but I have to say that this is already a Godsend. Tons of useful info for both the budding and the experienced. As a newbie I am very grateful for any advice I can get. I recently graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelor's in Enology (winemaking) and throughout the years I have developed a passion to set up shop and distill artisan brandy as well as produce tawny ports and grappa here in the Central Valley of California. I plan to be very active on this site and look forward to bouncing back and forth on topics with you all.
