Metanoia Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. I'm new to distilling and must say I'm glad to have found this website. A friend and I would like to open a small batch Artisan Distillery within th next 1-2 years. We're taking the next year to immerse ourselves and learn as much about distilling, laws and the business before we start. I look forward to learning from all of you.
