Coming from a beer homebrewing background, I've had a longstanding love affair with spirits. My wife is Scottish, so every trip out to see her family is just another great reason to visit as many distilleries as possible! I was made redundant back in May 2021, and decided it was the perfect time to get my own distillery up and running. Fast forward to 2022, I'm licensed and producing grape based spirits in the Perth Hills including grappa, limoncello, fig liqueur and my flagship products hills Dry Gin and Classic Vodka.
