Available for lease immediately, a small turnkey distillery in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Kremmling, CO. Situated between two major ski destinations (Winter Park and Steamboat) this distillery is part of a brewstillery/restaurant all in the same building. This was previously a licensed distillery that the prior owner had to let go. Please look through the attached prospectus for details on distilling equipment provided as part of the lease.
