Assistant Distiller - Vermont

[Killington Distillery]

Killington Distillery is adding an Assistant Distiller to the team who will become a jack of all trades. This person will spend about 70% of their time with production and 30% on sales in the State of Vermont. This person must be available on weekends.

Production responsibilities include mashing, bottling, barreling and proofing. Attention to detail and adherence to cleaning protocols is a must with the ability to log records.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities should take up about 30% of your time and will be mostly Thursday - Sunday. In this role you are to present the Killington Distillery Brand in restaurants, bars and 802 stores to increase overall distribution and brand awareness. This will include scheduling and hosting tastings at 802 spirits, work promotional events, and 15 account and future account visits per week.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Distilling/Brewing: 1 year (Preferred)
