Distiller Wanted For A New Startup Distillery In South Central Indiana

450 North Spirits is a startup Artisan Distillery featuring a 600 gallon pot still.  This new distillery is part of 450 North Brewing Co./Restaurant and Simmons Winery located near Columbus, Indiana.  Spirits produced will include Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Brandy, RTDs, with an emphasis on Bourbon produced from corn grown on Simmons farms.  This is a family owned and operated will established brewery, winery, and restaurant with a great potential to expand into the spirits industry.

The new distiller will be able to bring their craft, knowledge, and experience to produce creative new and quality spirits.

Distiller's responsibilities will include all phases of mashing, fermentation, distilling, blending, bottling, filtration, and sanitation.  The distiller will also be responsible for detailed regulatory recordkeeping.
