Brand new 250 gallon steam heated Bridgetown still with 8 plate side column and gin basket. This still is still brand new and never put into operation. We bought this still with expansion plans but decided to go a different direction. Our loss, your gain. Here are the specs:

• 250 gallon craft pot still, boil pot solid copper dome head and upper sidewall, stainless steel lower insulated sidewall, 3" boil pot drain with BF valve, rotating boil pot CIP and CIP down arm, solid copper cylindrical helmet, 16" manway, VPRV safety valve, 2 sight glasses, 2 steam globe valves, hydrometer float hold with enclosed sight glass and thermometer, distillation unit vapor hard piping and valve assemblies and product condenser.
• Column podium mounting CIP arm, dephlegmator temp wells and thermometers.
• 8 side distillation plate column, dome bubble plate and downcomer, CIP ball, manual plate control with lever, column view port, solid copper column body.
• Gin basket with false bottom, CIP ball and hard piping.
• Digital variable speed agitator drive, 2 thermostatic cooling water control valves (condenser and dephlegmator)
• Reduced drive agitator with explosion proof C1D1 rated motor, hydrofiol impeller
