Included in the $3.5m asking price is our 75-acre farm in New Paltz, barreled spirit (up to 8 years in age), brands and labels, AND distribution relationships. This is an opportunity for a new entrant to take over an established facility, or could be an opportunity for an existing producer looking for broader distribution.
