Barrels: 14x 25 gallon, 6x 30 gallon. All level 3 char. Mash bill: 75c 21r 4m Proof: Entered at 125 (current samples have been measured near that proof) Age: 2 years, 2 months (filled 8/21) This would be great for a new farm distillery looking to bring compliant aged spirits to market quickly.
