Contract Spirit Available in Western PA

Hi all, we are just getting rolling with our new distillery in western Pennsylvania, Ponfeigh Distillery, and we have space on our production calendar for some spirit to contract out to others in the industry. We have a 14" continuous column still and capacity to produce up to 4000 barrels/yr. Our base is Rye Whiskey, with rye grown locally in Somerset County, but we can create custom batches to suit your need. We will be glad to talk about orders large and small.
