Pofarmer Posted November 29, 2023 Share Posted November 29, 2023 Let's say that you had several different corns that you were wanting to compare flavor profiles on, and you wanted it all to be one mash bill, except for the corn. What would be considered kind of a "Standard" Mash bill? Also, this needs to be an "all Missouri" mash, so, at least for now, this leaves out malted barely. I'm thinking 75% corn, 15% wheat, 10% rye. When I dilute the corn with wheat and barley it is harder to tell the difference between the kinds of corn. If I run 100% corn its obvious.
