coach Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 I know Sulfur Dioxide is a no-no for treating any fermentations going into the still, but what about use for a holding solution for our Foeders? We use them for grain-in whiskey ferments. The foeders get a bit too funky in between ferments and we are hoping to fight that back a bit. Thanks all!
