We are bringing with us a 310 gallon open top wooden fermenter. Made out of Missouri grown white oak, with finger joint construction and welded stainless bands, these tanks are built to last. These open top fermenters can be customized to include everything you need for production, including agitators and chilling plates to give all the control you need during fermentation. With a classic look that hearkens back to old-world distilling techniques, our pieces add a functional and unique showpiece to your space. You will be able to see and touch this on the floor of ADI and then take it home with you! We will have information about our many other options, as well, including sizing and pricing for our fermenters, blending and aging tanks, and even steam generators.
