bradocaster
We are looking for a company to handle our bonding. We are in Ohio and would like input from distillers in Ohio. Does it matter that the bond is from a company within our state? Any drawbacks to going out of state for the bonds? Thanks, Brad.
JohninWV
It doesn't matter if it's from Ohio, as long as it's on the approved surety list from the TTB. Ironically, Ohio Casualty actually does mine and I'm in WV. Your insurance agent should be able to help you out fairly easily.
