Distiller seeking business guru for new distillery (NYC)

Everything else is in order, could use a little help finishing the business plan. There are many potential investors but I still need to show them something on paper, of course.

I am located in Brooklyn and would like to open a distillery in the city and eventually have a farm upstate to produce most if not eventually all of the ingredients necessary.

...I don't want to give away too much.

I need someone to handle the selling part of the business, organize spreadsheets, legalities, etc.

I have a good deal of experience and have worked for Tuthilltown (named best all around distillery this past year). I'm qualified and besides this have many ideas of my own in terms of recipes, graphic design, marketing, strategy, etc.
