We do have a limited class size, and even through there is still a couple of months until the start of the course, I am beginning to get a lot of inquiries and registrations are picking up in pace. If you are considering our course, please don't wait too long to contact me with any questions or concerns. If you are ready to register, please don't wait too long to do so. With all the excitement about the growth of craft distilling and craft brewing, our courses are selling out well in advance of the start date. Thanks, everyone.
