miller Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 10 to 13.5 percent moisture drier is better. You also need to look carefully for dockage , molds and insect activity. Your test weight should be a minimum of 56 pounds per bushel, lower test weigh means lower starch content and starch is what you want.
