Popcorn Sutton Distilling in Nashville, TN has an opening for an Assistant Manager. This is a hands-on position, so candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty. Work is in close quarters, so a positive attitude is mandatory. We are a small, but a fast-growing company, so growth opportunities exist for the right person.

Requirements:

· Previous distillery, brewery or other food/beverage production experience

· Good mechanical skills, good math skills

· Stellar attendance record at previous jobs

· Ability to stand for long periods of time, work productively unsupervised, perform repetitive manual operations, and work in a non-climate controlled workspace

· At least 50% Saturdays (half-day)

· Pre-employment background check, and a clean driving record

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience in distilling/manufacturing

· 2 years prior experience in a commercial distilling or brewing environment

· Good to excellent computer skills.

· Ability to create and maintain accurate records.

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Automation experience a plus
