I am currently in the process of starting up a distillery for Genever in Holland. Traditional style is what I aim for. I learned the art of distilling for a big part in Hungary. Not only is homedistilling allowed over there, my wife's uncle is the former distillation master of the country's biggest distiller. Edwin.
