fat matt Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Hello all. I am the newest of the new guys it seems. I have been reading all the topics for a while now and figured i should say hello. I plan on starting up a micro distillery with my wife in Colorado in the next year or two. I am looking forward to reading and learning more about the distilling process and the ins and outs of all topics relating to the process. We have got the name so far and we are working the business plan and licenses needed. The road looks long but I look forward to the challenge. Any advice would be welcomed and much appreciated.
