Cypress Fermentation Tanks

Started building these a couple years ago. Built one for me and told Mike at HBS about it. He put them on his website and there now in use coast to coast. Currently 75-600 gallons in all cypress wood. Hybrid is available with SS dished bottom with legs, 3" drains, cypress side walls. 1000-5000 gallons. hybrids are 6', 8', 10' in diameter. Up to 8 feet cypress side wall height. That's a lot of mash..... Can install 1/2" copper cooling coils inside tank wall to help keep process heating down during the summer months.
