mendodistilling Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 I'm interested in the idea of a distillery which operates much like a tavern and how this relates to public and private area definitions. As I read it, the public areas have to be designated, however, would the distillery be private area by definition if seperated by a wall from the tavern? As in a bonded area seperation? The question then arises about how this is interpreted for tours given to visitors of the tavern of the distillery and whether on my drawings I should designate the distillery as private not public and the tavern the only public area. For anyone who has been to stranahans, this is sort of the idea I have in mind.
