Established Washington state distillery seeks an experienced Lead Distiller. The ideal candidate is passionate and has experience with all types of spirits including but not limited to vodka, gin, whiskey and rum.

Job Description:
*Responsible for entire distilling process

*Comply with all TTB regulations and record keeping
*Manage raw materials inventories, scheduling, forecasts and contracts

*Shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished product
*Manage and develop procedures for operational, quality and consistency controls
*Enjoy engaging with public through tastings, festivals, events, competitions

*The fun part - develop and experiment to create new products

Job Description: (Knowledge, Skills, Experience)

*Minimum 3 years of working distilling experience. Must be adept in all spirit categories fermentation and production.

*Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot obstacles
*Should a have go get them' attitude and strong work ethic to do whatever it takes to get it done
*Should have ability to multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
*Must have a good understanding of quality assurance/consistency controls

*Comfortable with hard deadlines

Compensation:
*Competitive salary based upon previous work experience and expertise
*Relocation available on a situation by situation basis
