[Seven Fathoms Rum]

Hi

We are in need of some help in a distillery in the Cayman Islands. We currantly make rum and vodka. any experance level will be fine. there is on site training. there is a 3 month trial with a yearly contract. must have some knowladge of distilling and fermantaion. Currant equiment is a 1200 gallon vendome copperpot still and a 600 liter Carl Still with side column and a second vodka column.
