MattChesapeake Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 I'm looking to gain some knowledge of what it takes to to run a distillery. I'm in the military and am a year away from retirement. From recent deployments I have tons of leave to use up so I thought offering to trade my labor at a couple of distilleries for some basic experience would be a good way to learn. Is this the wrong approach? Because so far it's not working! No returned emails or phone calls. I'm starting to feel like a jerk for calling folks and getting I'll call you back later on every call.
