Latent Production Capacity

Hi Guys,

A few quick questions for everyone:
What percentage of your maximum production capacity are you currently operating at?
What is the limiting factor in your maximum capacity?
What is your production capacity in LPA (liters of pure alcohol) per annum or other volume measurement?

As part of a project that I am working on, I am trying to come up with an estimate for latent production capacity within the US craft distilling industry, preferably broken down by region if I have enough data.
