Head Distillery needed

Connecticut Distillery seeks Head Distiller

Established distillery needs head distiller to be able to develop, produce and manage our spirits production, and bring innovation and creativity to future projects.

Responsibilities include:

· All distillery operations including mashing through distillation, TTB reporting, record keeping, and maintenance and cleaning.

· Representing our distillery locally.

Requirements:

· Previous distillery or brewery experience.

· Multi-tasking abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and record keeping.

· Flexible to work schedule changes.

Strongly desired:

· Previous whiskey production experience.

· Understanding of mechanical equipment in distillery environment.

· Must be prepared to work longs days when needed.
