Storm King Distilling Co.
Does anyone have recommendations on a Colorado based architect/engineering firm that has experience with designing distilleries? We are opening in a small town and the firms here have never dealt with this type of thing before so we want to make sure we work with someone that knows what they're doing. Related to that, if we are looking to get a turnkey system from a manufacturer, is it necessary to have them in on the planning discussions? Thanks for any advice. lokibrew
The folks at Dalkita gave a great presentation at Downslope's Distilling Class. They have a depth of knowledge and experience when it comes to planning and building distilleries.

bluefish_dist
+1 on Scott at Dalkita. He knows his stuff. When we took the Downslope class his presentation was the most valuable part to me. The building ended up being the biggest challenge to opening.
