Production Line Help Needed

Hawaii Sea Spirits Organic Farm and Distillery (makers of Ocean Vodka) is seeking out a candidate for our production line. We are looking for full-time positions. Production Technician's operate production equipment, as well as assemble applicable components. Must be able to closely follow guidelines of the product being manufactured to ensure that product specifications are met. Assists in a variety of aspects throughout the business as needed.  Unfortunately there isn't any relocation assistance available.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work safely in a fast paced environment
• Maintain quality control standards and report any issues to supervisor
• Clean and maintain the bottling line and production areas<
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Meet production goals
  
  Requirements:
• Adhere to safety standards and policies
• Must be able to lift between 20 and 30 lbs. regularly, and on occasion up to 50lbs
• Be able to work in a loud environment
• Be flexible with the day to day activities
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
  
  The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Experience in a mass production or manufacturing environment desirable
• Knowledge of the spirits industry
• Prior forklift certification
• Have a flexible schedule that on rare occasions may include a weekend day
