jmshaw
We are currently getting a small (30 gal) system up and running for testing purposes. We are actively securing investors here in Colombia (the country) for our potato vodka and potato gin distillery which will be above 10,000 ft. Due to the extreme altitude we are wanting someone with experience with high altitude distilling as well as experience with both vodka and gin using potatoes. We would like someone to assist with every part of the process from equipment selection, processes, testing, blending and possibly marketing. Trips to colombia (paid for of course) and all expenses also covered. Payment DOQ. Contact us if you are interested in being part of the highest altitude distillery in the world. We have selected a distiller thanks to this forum and we will keep you updated as we progress. Thanks again for all the interest.
