Oregon bookkeeping services with Whiskey Systems experience?

I know it's a long shot, but thought I would throw it out here.  I would love to find a bookkeeping service or a part-time bookkeeper with Whiskey Systems experience and/or distillery cost accounting experience.  Any referrals are welcome!
