It can easily be converted for use with a low pressure steam. Our Electric Baine Marie's are in over 140 distilleries around the USA. These are great for cooking corn mash and making any type of spirit except for Vodka from scratch. We can supply a gin basket, if the purchaser needs one. Also I believe this one was purchased without the electrical system. We can supply the electrical heating system and if the purchaser so chooses, we include an open system pressurization module that will allow you to run the electric baine maries as a steam still operating at 14psi. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
