Could it be possible that the company that is using this has had it a long time and has it "grandfathered", I have seen this numerous times with other beverages.

We can print shelf talkers with a strip of pressure sensitive. We print these digitally, so we can print any amount, no minimums.

We don't out source our printing and we can hold registration in most cases as long as the type isn't too small and if there are only 2-3 areas to trap to. We can look at designs and offer suggestions. Our leafing equipment also has 3 stations, so we can leaf in multiple colors.
