    Custom whiskey production available in Central Wisconsin. Flexible on mash bills with experience producing Bourbon, Rye, Wheat, Malt whiskey and more. Capable of hitting similar specs from Indiana’s largest producer. Minimum run of 15 barrels, whether toted or in barrel. Starting price of $1,000 per barrel (including barrel) with pricing flexible based on run size. We have a few different stills but primarily running an 18” Vendome fed to a doubler.
